軟功夫、硬功夫 Soft and hard

今天的這篇是這樣的。有些東西是硬功夫，它們可以量測、量化並繪製成圖表。我們知道哪裡可以想辦法加強，也比較容易藉由這些改進，來要求更多的獎勵、紅利。
有些東西則是軟功夫，很必要，是真正我們要去努力改變的原由。
諷刺的是，硬功夫比較容易解決，而軟功夫則比較困難

問題是，你的團隊花比較多時間在硬功夫上，也許是因為它比較容易，而不是它比較重要？

The question, I guess, is whether or not you and your team spend most of your time on the hard stuff, merely because it's easier to measure, to argue about and to hide behind?
